The factory team leader plays a key role in coordinating production operations. As the direct link between production employees and management, they ensure workflows run smoothly and align with company objectives.
Reporting to the production manager, the factory labourer supports a variety of operations, including cutting, punching, assembly, packaging, handling, transport, and product loading/unloading.
